He is strong enough that he can rival licht the leader​ of midnight sun who has four leaf clover. Yami has three leaf clover and he can use dark magic grimoire. He is strong then other captain of magic night.
      He came from outside of clover kingdom that he was strong enough with special type of dark magic, that wizard king was impress by him to take him to join the magic night.
      In the fight between Yami vs licht, he has given a hard time to him and was able to fight him with his full power and even then he we didn't seen his full power, that one of three strongest member of midnight sun who was said to be stronger then licht. He has defeated one with his only one slash of sword, in the mission under sea.
