A boy name Hodaka runs away from his Home to Tokyo, on his summer of his high school .quickly he finds himself pushed to his Financial condition and personal limits. The weather was unusual always around tokyo, he was having hard time while surviving their but at somehow he manage himself in tokyo and started his unusual life of tokyo where he finds a girl she was different and have power to make the weather clear on her will, they try to use her power to earn money for their lifestyle.
